B2C, short for "Born to Concur," and also known as Kampala Boys, is a popular musical group from Uganda. The trio comprises three exceptional musicians: Mr. Lee, Bobby Lash, and Delivad Julio. They came together in 2016 under the guidance of Andy Events, an esteemed event organizer and music promoter in Uganda, also known as Andrew Mugerwa.
Bobby Lash, whose real name is Ssali Peterson and was born on April 20, 1992, is a versatile musician with skills in both Ragga and Reggae. His musical influences are drawn from a wide array of artists who create remarkable music.
Delivad Julio, born Kasagga Julius on February 6, 1992, possesses a remarkable vocal range that spans across various genres including R&B, Zouk, Ragga, and Reggae. His early exposure to church music greatly influenced his musical journey.
Lastly, Mr. Lee, born Mugisha Richard on January 24, 1992, is a dynamic artist with the ability to excel in genres like R&B, Zouk, and Reggae. Similar to Julio, he found inspiration in church music during his formative years.
The trio achieved a significant breakthrough in the Ugandan music scene with the release of their hit single "Wansensera," which was a chart-topping hit that captured the hearts of numerous fans.
Since then, B2C has consistently produced exceptional music, delivering further hits such as "Munda Awo", "Gwe Weka", "Kiss You", and "Obulungi Bunuma." They have also collaborated with prominent local artists, including "Gutujja" with Rema and "Awo" featuring David Lutalo, among others. They also featured on Aroma's hit single "Yoola", which was number one on Howwe Music Chart for months.
In 2017, their massive hit "Tokigeza" earned them widespread acclaim and opportunities to perform at various major events. However, in 2019, due to conflicts with their former manager, Andy Events, the group made the decision to change their name from B2C to Kampala Boys.
