Processing of Takedown Notices

Upon receipt of a complete and valid takedown notice, will take the following actions:

  1. Promptly remove or disable access to the identified infringing material.

  2. Notify the user who posted the allegedly infringing material, providing them with a copy of the takedown notice and the opportunity to respond.

  3. Take appropriate measures, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, to prevent the reoccurrence of copyright infringement by the user.

Counter Notices

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed or disabled as a result of an erroneous takedown notice, you have the right to submit a counter notice. The counter notice should include your contact information, a statement explaining your belief that the content was removed or disabled in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of Ugandan courts, along with a physical or electronic signature.
