Bruno Kiggundu, widely recognized as Bruno K, is a Ugandan music sensation who has captivated audiences with his melodious tunes and captivating performances.

Born on July 21, 1992, in Mukono District, Central Uganda, Bruno K spent his formative years in this picturesque region. He is the beloved child of Cissy Kasozi and Donovan Kiggundu, who have played pivotal roles in his life.

Bruno K's educational journey commenced at Kitante Primary School, and he furthered his studies at Seroma Christian High School for his Ordinary Level education. With dedication and hard work, he earned his Uganda Certificate of Education and UACE Certificate from Naggalama SS in Mukono. His quest for knowledge led him to Ndejje University, where he obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication.

The moniker "Bruno K" became a household name after his remarkable second-place finish in the Airtel Trace Star music contest. His talent and dedication have also been acknowledged with a recent accolade at the Rising Star Awards.

Originally performing under the stage name "Boogie," Bruno K made a pivotal decision to transition to "Bruno K" following the advice of his manager, who emphasized the importance of using his real name in order to be taken seriously as a musician. This shift marked a significant turning point in his career.

Bruno K's musical journey began in a church choir, where he sang alongside his father, honing his vocal skills. He later took his passion for music to school, participating in MDD shows, which contributed significantly to his growth as an artist.

In 2015, Bruno K's career soared to new heights when he participated in the Airtel Trace Challenge and secured second place, setting the stage for a promising future in the world of music.
