James Kalyowa, popularly known by his stage name Genius Omuzira, is a Ugandan rapper born on January 20, 2000, in Luweero.

Genius Omuzira's musical journey began at the remarkably young age of 4, serenading his father with his melodious tunes. The seeds of his passion for music were sown by his mother, who happened to be a musical trainer.

Throughout his early years, James actively engaged with music, participating in school and church choirs, honing his vocal skills and musical prowess. In 2019, he took a significant step in his musical career by releasing his debut song, marking the commencement of what promises to be a remarkable artistic journey.
