Kikabi Alvin Vicent Kibalama, professionally known as Green Daddy, is a multi-talented Ugandan music artist who has made a name for himself as a singer, music producer, performer, songwriter, and dedicated environmental activist.
Kibalama's journey in the music industry began in 2016 when he started as a backup artist for Ziza Bafana. This early experience allowed him to learn and grow as an artist. In 2018, he took the next step in his career by joining the music duo known as Capital Music Icons. During this partnership, they collaborated on successful tracks such as "Baatya," "Akagaali" featuring Spice Diana, and "Nsangayo," among others. However, as creative paths often diverge, the group eventually decided to part ways.
Green Daddy, determined to forge his own unique musical path, embarked on a solo career. He also founded the music collective known as Green Gang, which played a pivotal role in fueling his passion for music.
Throughout his career, Green Daddy has created memorable hits such as "Mulabe," "Binsesa," and "Bitandike," featuring artists like Raba Daba, Recho Rey, and EeZzy. His talent and dedication have not gone unnoticed, leading him to sign a recording deal with Cruz Entertainment. Under this partnership, he released his first EP titled "HATTRICK," featuring standout tracks like "NETAMIRIDE," "BALONGO," and "BINGABIRE," along with the bonus track "NANSANANA." This EP resonated with audiences and became a notable presence in Uganda's music landscape.
In addition to his music career, Green Daddy is equally passionate about environmental conservation and activism, using his platform to raise awareness about crucial environmental issues.
