Mwesige Herbert, known professionally as Habjay, is a Ugandan musician hailing from the picturesque Nyakibale Hospital in Rukungiri district. He spent his formative years in the enchanting landscapes of Fort Portal in western Uganda, originally hailing from Bundibugyo, and currently calls Kampala his home.

Habjay is a versatile artist, showcasing his musical prowess across various genres, including reggae, dancehall, afrobeat, and RnB. As a multifaceted artist, he not only sings but also exhibits his songwriting and production skills.

In addition to his musical talents, Habjay is a professional information technology technician, demonstrating his expertise in the ever-evolving world of technology. Moreover, he is a familiar voice on the airwaves, serving as a radio personality, where he engages with audiences and shares his passion for music.
