Factors such as inadequate compensation and being compelled to postpone his own concert to accommodate the releases of other "main" artists within the band were cited as reasons for his departure. In his letter to the management of Eagles' Production, he expressed his decision to part ways, stating, "Having realized that Eagles' Production has been a problem to me or me being a problem to Eagles, I have decided to jump off your bandwagon."

Haruna Mubiru has had several marital experiences. He first married Stella Nakyanja in a lavish wedding ceremony in 2010. Unfortunately, the marriage ended due to domestic disagreements, and Stella left for the USA, vowing never to return, leaving behind their eight-month-old baby. In March 2012, he entered into a second marriage with Hadijja Lumala. However, this marriage also eventually ended. He then went on to marry another woman named Farida, but they later separated. Finally, he tied the knot with singer Kemirembe Sarah, known as Kemi Sera. However, their marriage ended with Kemi Sera exposing Haruna as a violent individual.

Allegations of domestic violence emerged against Haruna Mubiru when singer Kemi Sera accused him of mistreatment. Kemi Sera revealed that she endured mental and physical abuse, leading her to resort to alcohol as a coping mechanism. She shed light on the struggles faced by women and how they can easily be deceived in relationships.
