Sseruwaji Abdul Hakim, widely known as Roma De Vocal Bwoy, or just Roma Vocals, was born on September 16, 2007, in the urban areas of Kawempe Kazo. Raised by his mother, he prioritized academics while nurturing his passion for music.

Roma De Vocal Bwoy's love for music was evident during his school years, where he earned recognition as one of the best entertainers. He continued his education at Bombo Common and Emmanuel College, seamlessly balancing academic pursuits with his commitment to entertainment.

Taking a brief hiatus from the music industry at the end of 2022, Roma De Vocal Bwoy made a triumphant return, releasing his debut single, "Binyinze." His musical versatility spans RNB, Rap, Afro-pop, and songwriting, showcasing his dedication to diverse artistic expressions.
