Biography

Nannozi Joweria, professionally known as Sasha Brighton Kalungi, is a renowned female Ugandan recording and performing artist, born on April 24, 1992, to Aisha Nabawanga Kiyinji in Luweero district.

Her journey to stardom commenced in 2014 when she participated in auditions organized by New Eagle's Production. It was during this period that she gained widespread recognition with her breakthrough song, 'So Lucky,' which swiftly ascended to the summit of Uganda's music charts.

Building on her initial success, Sasha Brighton continued to captivate audiences with a string of hit songs. Notable among them are 'Sweetie Sweetie,' 'Amaalo,' 'Kambite,' 'Kwata Kwata,' 'Nawumula,' and a collaborative effort with fellow artist NewYork titled 'Kumbaya.'
