Nakiseka Shakirah Gloria, popularly known by her stage name, Shacky Rhymes, is a contemporary singer/songwriter and performing artist known for her exceptional talent in crafting soul-healing, encouraging, and inspiring songs. Born and raised in Makindye, a suburb in Kampala, Uganda, Shacky discovered her passion for music at an early age. Between the ages of 5 and 7, she joined her local school choir, marking the beginning of her musical journey.

In 2020, she honed her singing and songwriting skills while serving as a backup vocalist and songwriter at "Hytalent Records," a renowned Ugandan recording label located on Makindye Kuleekana Road. After two years of dedicated effort, Shacky earned a recording artist contract with the label, a testament to her musical prowess and commitment.

At 21 years old, Shacky Rhymes, with her inspiring sound, energetic performances, and youthful vibrancy, is poised to release her debut studio EP titled "NGAALI" (Crested Crane) on Thursday, January 26th. The EP comprises three tracks, namely "Boyfriend OBuffo" and "Binyumira," weaving the captivating story of a young couple immersed in a charming love relationship, portrayed as 'Love Birds.'
