Namagembe Sheena, professionally known as Shena Skies, is a talented Ugandan singer and songwriter, specializing in a unique style she refers to as "Singjay," which seamlessly combines singing with deejaying and toasting. Her diverse musical repertoire spans across various genres, including Reggae, Dancehall, Afro, and Contemporary RnB.
Shena Skies embarked on her musical journey with her notable appearance on Track 12, "Tewenyooma," from St Nellysade's "Stories of Elevation (Omulondo ne Engero)" album, where her exceptional talent caught the attention of Nase Avatar, one of the producers affiliated with St Nellysade. This encounter marked the beginning of her promising career.
In December 2015, Shena Skies officially signed with Gifted Music Group (GMG), a significant milestone in her music career. Her debut single, "Anything," was released in January of 2016, garnering attention and acclaim within the industry. Since then, she has gone on to release two more singles, "In the Zone" and "Do to Me," further establishing her presence in the music scene.
