Shine Omukiga, real name Nyonyozi Shine Angella, is a Ugandan singer from the western region. She was born June 19, 1990 to Mr. Christopher Kubibyaba and Mrs. Gauda Kubibyaba. Shine is the sister to legendary female comedian, Anne Kansiime.
