Vivian Tendo, born on January 16, 1998, in Kampala, Uganda, is a singer and recording artist best known for her popular song 'Hajjati Wa Hajji'. She spent her early years in Kampala, growing up with her family and siblings, and receiving her early education there.
Hailing from the Munyakole tribe, with ancestral ties to Western Uganda's Ankole region, Vivian Tendo's birthplace was in the Central region of Uganda. Her academic journey led her to Kyambogo University, where she successfully earned a Bachelor's degree in Music and Literature, having previously completed her Ordinary level and Advanced level education, obtaining both the UCE and UACE certificates.
Vivian Tendo embarked on her music career in 2017, steadily working on various musical projects. However, it was in 2018 when she gained significant recognition with the release of her hit single, "Hajjati wa Hajji," which garnered considerable attention in Kampala and established her as a rising star in the Ugandan music scene.
Though rumors circulated about her relationship with Victor Ruz, Vivian Tendo clarified that it was merely a publicity stunt.
